The week kicked off with a fantastic Fresh Lunch menu at both Hungerford and Sunningdale. It featured the following dishes, all vegan, all packed with flavour and natural goodness:
- ‘chorizo’ and kale salad
- roasted vegetable tart
- carrot and ginger salad with garlic, lemon and harissa vinaigrette
- roasted Beetroot with coconut yoghurt, pumpkin seeds and dill
- three bean and roasted pepper salad
- tomato, chickpea and aubergine with ras el hanout
- quinoa with wild rice and mint
- grapefruit, fennel, spiced walnut and avocado salad
- shakshuka with Portobello and green pea spread
- green leaf salad with sesame and garlic
Our signature drinks certainly weren’t forgotten. With a vast choice of milks, guests were able to choose between nut, oat and soy varieties to really bring out the best in their coffees. We found that our specially sourced Barista Oat Milk received rave reviews in Lattes, Cappuccinos, Americanos and Mochas. The soy and nut milks worked perfectly with teas, hot chocolates and our speciality lattes.
Of course, our smoothies and juices saw no change at all for this week and they continued to be firm favourites in the warm weather seen at the start of the week.
With dinner at Sunningdale, guests chose from our existing range of spirits and vegan wines – packed with flavour as standard, these drinks allow guests to dine in style whilst remaining true to dietary choices.
The range of vegan cakes on offer was truly vast. Moist, fluffy and delicious, the following images show the team and guest favourites:
Top picks from the brunch menu included the Vegan Breakfast, the “Omlette”, Sweet Potato Pancakes and the French Toast. The latter two are pictured below:
Throughout the week we served over 1,000 cakes, drinks and dishes across the Eliane locations, none of which contained any animal products or derivatives.
